Posted byCory Caruthers Posted onAugust 1, 2024 0

This is a 12-week deadlift focused program designed to get you stronger and more.

Who is this for? First, let me say who it is not for. This is not for a powerlifter who wants to compete in the sport. You will have a stronger deadlift, but not at the level for a powerlifter. This is also not for bodybuilders. This program is not designed to get you the most jacked and move like a statue.

This program is for the parents who wants to be stronger for their family. This program is for parents who needs to be able to move well to chase their kids around. If you are like me, this program is for those who want to stay strong and healthy for a long time. If this sounds like you, this program is for you.

You will have 3 full body workouts as well as mobility and cardio workouts for recovery. You will have 3 phases in 12 weeks, and each phase is designed to build up your capacity, stability, and strength to get higher numbers at the end.

Why this program?

Yes you will get stronger, but what’s the point of getting stronger if your body doesn’t move well or feel great? This program has mobility built in with a focus on your hips, low back, and shoulders. You will see this within the warm ups, recovery days, and the strength exercises itself so you can feel your best.

While your deadlift numbers go up, your joints will feel great. Highly important if you are running around after your kids, playing on the floor with them, and overall well being.

You will also have cardio workout options to improve your heart health, your ability to recover, and improve overall stamina.

This is more than a deadlift program, this is a program to get you strong and feeling your best outside the gym.

If you want to be strong, mobile, and feeling your best, then this program is for you.
