Online Personal Training with an individualized program based off your goals, needs, and equipment you have access to. The programming will address not just your goals, but also any limitations you might have in your movement. This will help get you moving better, more efficient, and will help the process of achieving your goals.

  • A COMPLIMENTARY STRATEGY/PLANNING SESSION (USUALLY A CALL OR FACE TIME) TO CREATE A PLAN FOR YOUR SUCCESS. THIS ALLOWS YOU TO ASK QUESTIONS AND TO REALLY FIND OUT IF ONLINE PERSONAL TRAINING IS WHAT YOU NEED. DISCUSSION WILL INCLUDE:
    • FITNESS GOALS
    • PAST SUCCESS AND STRUGGLES.
    • TRAINING HISTORY AND PREFERENCE.
    • NUTRITION AND PREFERENCE.
    • INJURIES/LIMITATIONS.
    • LIFESTYLE QUESTIONS.
  • YOU WILL RECEIVE A COMPLETELY CUSTOM ONLINE TRAINING PROGRAM THAT IS UPDATED REGULARLY TO ENSURE YOU PROGRESS.
  • I WILL ADJUST THE PROGRAM AT ANY TIME TO ACCOMMODATE ANY CHANGE OF CIRCUMSTANCE THAT MAY ARISE.
  • DEPENDING ON THE PACKAGE YOU CHOOSE, WE WILL HAVE WEEKLY MEETINGS TO TALK/DISCUSS HOW YOU ARE DOING, AND HOW WE CAN MOVE FORWARD WITH YOUR GOALS. WILL GIVE US A CHANCE TO TALK HOW THE EXERCISES ARE FEELING, AND ANY CONCERNS YOU MIGHT HAVE.
    • YOU WILL HAVE ACCESS TO ME IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS ABOUT SOMETHING, ARE LACKING, MOTIVATION, NEED SUPPORT, OR JUST NEED CLARIFICATION.
    • I MAY EVEN REACH OUT TO YOU, UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED TO ENSURE EVERYTHING IS GOING SMOOTHLY.
  • SEND ME VIDEOS FOR FORM CORRECTION. I CAN DISCUSS THE FORM CORRECTION DURING YOUR CALLS OR THROUGH TEXT/EMAILS.
