A client recently asked me to recommend one piece of equipment for home workouts that is also affordable. My answer? A suspension trainer or Olympic rings. If you’re a parent, a suspension trainer doubles as a fun activity for your kids and its one of the most affordable home fitness equipment.


You might expect me to suggest dumbbells or kettlebells, but a suspension trainer offers a better return on investment (ROI). 2. Be a Role Model


Show your kids what hard work looks like. Demonstrate that exercise isn’t about social media hype—it’s about performance, movement, and health. Your kids don’t always listen, but they’re always watching. They mimic your habits, good and bad.
